A quick post

So it has been a busy week and I must say I am exhausted !!! We have had base ball games and closing ceremonies every night this week . I'm a bit relieved but, also sad that the baseball season is about over. Joe's team is in the round robin tournament it's double elimination . So we will hope they are still on the war path when we return from our trip so he can play at least one more game. And I will be sure to post when we return. I'm hoping that this vacation will be full of fun and activities but, also have a few moments for relaxing because it has felt like quite the chore getting ready to go. So much to do and not a lot of time with our base ball schedule. Anyway have a great weekend !

We have lots to tell.....

Last week Joe was given the MVP award from his base ball coach . Yeah !! He was pretty excited about that and we were excited to see him have a good game . He had some good stops on third and had a great hit to ! Go Joe !

The school year is finishing up and Cole had a program they put on for the parents .. they sang a tooty ta a tooty ta a tooty tata.... so cute ! He was a little nervous to be in front everyone at first but, once he was up there he was hammin it up .

And we also had a mini vacation we went to Park city Sunday afternoon and came back Wednesday night. It was so needed we spent the majority of our time at the pool it was all the boys wanted to do . It was so relaxing ! We really enjoyed having quality time with the kids and no distractions . We flew by the seat of our pants all weekend ! I loved it !

and Happy mother's Day ! So my day was over the top ! My favorithe thing is a lazy morning. And the boys let me have just that I slept in and they made me breakfast and gave me my present a baseball mitt. Yeah ! Now we can play catch without my hand being sore . And to top the day off my best friend Megan invited me to go with her to the Jazz game ! We had such a great time ! I've never seen such passionate and loud fans ! I was so glad she included me in her day ! It's a Mother's day I'll never forget ....thanks Megan !

Bad Blogger

So I've haven't posted a blog in about a month. Sorry it is hard when you don't have a computer at home. I seriously want one maybe one day soon. Anyway Joe's birthday was on Sunday we had such a wonderful time . Joe had a slumber party for his birthday let me tell you 6 hyper boys makes for some crazy times and a stinky house. For those of you that have little boys you know what I'm talking about they have a stinky smell.

Other than that things are the same we are still busy with baseball and having fun lots of fun watching the boys play. And we only have 4 or 5 weeks left of school . Yikes I don't know if I'm ready for summer it seems like they just went back on track. Anyway I will post pictures of Joes B- day later when I have my camera. I also have a few scrap pages I'll be posting that I made from this Kit I subscribed to called Scarlet Lime . I absolutely love it ! It's exciting to have someone else pick out your pages . Anyway more later .

Lots to catch up on.......

Our Easter was nice , the boys made about $15 to $20 each from the Easter egg hunt , that Grandpa and Grandma Miller put on. It took the boys about 40 minutes to find their Easter baskets. Cole was getting really upset at the Easter bunny for making his basket so difficult to find this year. Hehe !!! Lots of fun !

Baseball season has also started and we are busy every night with practices except Friday . They are both really excited to be playing again, and have both improved immensely since last year.

And finally our big news Joe was in his first Pinewood Derby this year with scouts ! We are proud to say he took fourth place by hundredths of a second. Grandpa Syme did an excellent job creating the car of Joe's dreams. We are so grateful to have such a talented Grandpa who is willing to help him out. He received the Best Paint job award. Joe was so excited about his day,. He , Said " Mom this is the best day of my life ".
