Introducing the Porky pigs ! I had a good time watching these kids compete in the Mud run at soldier hollow. I wish I could have been part of the team . Jumping in a pond of mud is definitely on my bucket list. WOOT ! We tore up the corn maze this past weekend with our bestie Megan and her girls ! :)

Right or Left ? I don't know let's try all of them .And so we did cause these kiddos rarely picked right the first time around. And of course there was always a told you so from the kid who had picked the right direction the first time.

Cole's B-day ! We kept it simple this year with a few friends and grandparents. I think the party was a success.... ahhh relief I always stress when I host the party at home because party's at Classic Skating or the Ice Rink seems like more fun . :) and more expensive :(

We played a fun game. Find the gum at the bottom of the whip cream and be the first to blow a bubble. No winner winner chicken dinner's here. They either didn"t know hot to blow a bubble or the gum was to soggy ! HE -He Oh Well ! They had fun getting messy ! And I likey the pics.

• is my sleepy boy. He will pass out anywhere, when this boy is tuckered out it's over.


• is quirky with anxiety's that vary all the time his current fear ... me leaving him at B-ball practice and not coming back to get him.


• can be reassured with a pinky promise. ahh . It's will all be ok if she just pinky promises.



• loves, Wii, play station, guns, all sports, playing with friends and spending time with his family.


• likes meatloaf, chips, pop, pizza, hamburgers and candy.



• idolizes his big brother Joe.



• is an over the top mauler. He's not close enough sitting by you . No .. that won't do he pretty much sits on you.


• is a mommas boy and I love it.



• will probably give me a run for my money when he's older. Yea, I'm scared this one is going to be a handful.


• is super sweet, adorable and lights up our life.



• is a handsome boy , so very cute.



• loves to pretend he's a little midget stretching all his shirts over his knee and jumps around.



• makes friends easily and never without a bud regardless of where we go.



• Is smart and athletic.



• Is my munchkin and I love him .

He is priceless, silly, adored and a important part of our family. I could gobble up this cute little boy every day of the week. I hope you always remembers how loved you are by our family. He most definitely completes our little group. Always remeber how great you are and that you can do anything you put your mind to. Love you munchkin !

Joe is my pyro boy. He is constantly playing in the fire. In fact Grandpa Joe almost started the forest on fire. And I think Joe was more excited then scared about the burst of flames coming from the propane bottle. I think the rest of our hearts accelerated . Yikes a bit scary. Heart lake... Neils family.

Grandma out did herself even after falling down the trailer stairs bruising her arm and giving herself quite the goose egg, she continued to take care of us. When really she should have went home to the doctor. What a tough old gal, staying strong so she didn't ruin the trip. Monday she finally relentd and went to the doctor and yes it's broke. Can you imagine sleeping with a broken arm camping. Umm no thanks !

Every year grandpa puts on an Amazing Race event for us all to compete in and every year J wins. I hate it .. don't even like to compete cause no one can take him down, until this year. I guess that's what happens when you get the Heather's together we are a power house . And my little Cole is quite the champion he stuck with us the whole time and together we kicked the other team's A.. Yipee 3 cheers for the cool kids . We each one 5 $ . WOOOT ! Take that J !

The Miller boy's minus Grandpa . We hiked the Grand Daddy's to heart lake this year with our two families. It was enjoyable we had a pleasant camping trip, it was great to be together, share some laughs and play some games. Have I metioned that I really love camping ! Love it !

This kid will do anything for a laugh ! Seriously babe ! I'm loving the tan line so Hawwwt ! You are hysterical if only everyone could see this side of you.

Ramblings

I'm so stoked that my T.V. shows will be starting up in a couple weeks . Yay ! For Grey's & Private Practice. WOOT :)

I'm wonder if I tell my boys I love them enough ? Do I tell them how how great they really are ?

I'm wishing we still had a fireplace . I miss snuggling up with the fire ..so COZY ! :(

I'm excited for the cooler weather Levis and t-shirts/sweaters. My kind of clothing.

I think I think to much, sometimes, I need to just let it be. Right ?

I read an article from the church ( weird I know ) And it said we are sent down here for trials & hardships to grow but when it comes time to endure said trials we become bitter & hateful. And ask why me ? So very true and sad that we can't move forward because we are so angry with the past.

I think I need an attitude adjustment . I've been moody lately. And I hate it. It's easier to be happy . So what's the hang up ? IDK Hormones, age, life being bored ? See I think to much.

I can't wait to burn my new scentsy's fall scents . :)

I'm looking forward to relaxing evening's in the comfort of our home. 3 cheers for upcoming movie nights . Fall is a nice break from the chaotic summer evenings. If only winter didn't follow so close on it's heels.

I will have been at Murray for 10 years On January2 of 2011. I'm not sure what terrifies me more that I've been here 10 yrs. or that I could still be here in 10 years.

I often feel like I want more.. is that wrong ? What does that mean. I'm not sure.

I am determined to stay consistent with my running. I can run 4 miles now. I've done it 3 or 4 times and I'm amazed with myself each time . I really did it. I need to stick with it.

I'm hopeful that 31 won't be the midlife crisis that 30 was. Awful :( not handled well at all by me.

I feel like J is more settled now then ever with where he's at and I'm all up in arms about every aspect of my life. I thought 30's were easier. Hmmm. IDK I guess that's what happens when there are 8 years between us.

Love is never easy and sometimes a choice you have to make everyday.

I hope my boy's won't hate me for all the mistakes I'll make as their mom. And one day when they have kids forgive me and realize how hard it really is to be a parent.

I regret not documenting my boy's life more. I need to be better. I have an awful memory. Write things down Heath . GEEZ !

I'm grateful for my easy going family :) I love them all so much.

I am so nervous and excited for the boy's to play ball again. :) I love watching my boy's play sports.

I plan on eating a lot of sugar cookies this weekend.

I hope my kids remember me as fun and loving and supportive . No matter what.

I need a new UTE shirt.

A day at the new improved Hogle Zoo . Glad to see that the animals are getting bigger, cleaner, happier living spaces to roam around in.

Yucky bats ! ugh !

Cutest Ball players ever.. Joe scored his first point shooting free throws. Just like his Dad when he was a kid he waited tell his last game to score. Hopefully he will continue to score now that he knows he can do it. And that his Dad started off the same way. Keepin our fingers crossed.

Cole's team took first and he had his best game as well. Firing off a few shots unfortunatley he was robbed on most of them . The ball kept bouncing off the rim and out. Dang it. He scored on a foul shot as well and we were pretty thrilled with how the boys played that day. Looking forward to mid September when they start up again.



We are looking forward to Camping with J's family , a trip to Vegas and Cole's birthday this month. WOOT WOOT :)

Honestly I don't know where our summer went . I can hardly believe fall is right around the corner. Here's a few pics of a few activities. it's going to be a sloppy post

We supported Sky at her games shw was phenomenal. winning all her games and every tournament. Awesome job girl. We are proud of you !

Exhaustion from more BBQ's then we have ever done in a summer. Every weekend we have had at least 1 sometimes 3. I hate to say it but I'm sick of burgers. :(

Our Saturday morning's have been busy with the boys basketball games. Joe has dramatically improved. And Cole has met his match the boys are quite good on his team and played together for awhile. So he has struggled to have the boys accept him and pass to him but he has stuck with it. And has improved as well.

Camping and Parade up at my Grandpa's cabin. I really enjoyed spendind time with my family. And the cabin always makes me a bit nostalgic.

Park city was a blast . The boys were old enough to run around this year and do their own thing . They enjoyed the Pool table, arcades, ping pong and game room. Cole made so many new friends he has a knack for buddying up random kiddos.

Back to School !

HE

is silly and loves to laugh

• is a super smart boy and loves science, history and reading.


• watches chick flicks with his mama. sigh :) love it !


• is much like his dad .. if it's not his way it's the highway.


• is content wasting away on the couch watching cartoons aka SpongeBob and I carly.


• loves to stay up all night and can hold out longer than all his friends, cousins and brother.


• has a tender heart and more sensitive then he leads on.


• loves babies and isn't afraid to say they are cute or adorable. ( this is one of my favorite things about him.)


• bottles up all his feeling inside much like his dad, he keeps it to himself.


• loves sausage, cookies, ice cream, tacos, root beer, pancakes and hamburgers.
  
• is a wonderful artist, comedian and Star Wars junkie.


• likes to be the center of attention and isn't shy at all.


• is helpful when he wants to be and even got his mama's breakfast ready last week when I was running late.


• is a scatterbrain and can't focus on more than one thing at a time. Much like his mama.


• is super handsome and a carbon copy of his Dad.
• is slow to try new things. I think he's already set in his ways.
• is a spiritual boy with a good moral compass.
  loves his brother and is very protective him. He just doesn't show it often

He is my baby and he turned 11 today ! I'm so proud of him and love him so much. I hope he knows that he was the beginning of the best part of my life. And I will always strive to be the best Mom... because he deserves it and because I am truly blessed and grateful to be able to call myself his mom. I love you Joe !
